About Me

JOSEPH HERZER

Hi, I’m Joe, a native Texan born and raised in central Texas. I graduated from Round Rock High School in 1999, and growing up, I was part of a blended family with four step-sisters, a brother, and a big extended family filled with nieces and nephews.

After taking a brief break, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Texas State University in 2009. I started my career at Dell Computers but soon found my calling in the construction industry. Over the years, I have honed my skills in project management, construction management, and supervision, and have enjoyed being part of some impressive building projects.

In my free time, I love getting together with friends for sports and BBQs, and I’m always up for exploring places with stunning natural beauty. Growing up in central Texas, I know all the best BBQ spots, and I’d be happy to recommend some of my favorites.

I pride myself on my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, and I’m excited to work with you to help you achieve your goals. Let’s connect and chat more about how I can be of service to you.

TRANSFORMATION IRRIGATION

Here and Now

One pivotal moment in my career was during a large construction project that required irrigation. As I worked on the project, I began to see the untapped financial potential of the irrigation business. That realization led me to complete my first certification as a Landscape Irrigator in 2017, and I immediately started my own business, HZR Irrigation.

What began as a financial motivation soon transformed into a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. I found that my success was defined by my aspiration to turn once-tired landscapes into something desirable. Through my work, I quickly learned that irrigation was the foundation of that beauty.

Beyond the financial rewards and my passion for the work, another unexpected benefit of my irrigation business has been the people I’ve met. Over the years, I’ve made some great friends through my work, and I value those relationships just as much as the success of my business.
